Watchman Agreement

The use of an agent in a commercial transaction establishes an impartial intermediary who agrees to hold funds until the goods are delivered. This trust contract model can be used to identify an agent and enter into a trust agreement between the buyer and the seller. The applicant and gorman-Lavelle Corporation (GL) entered into an employment contract that required him to reside on the premises of GL`s company in order to be reasonably available for the exercise of „custody services“ as defined in the agreement. The employment contract provided that he did not need to be present in or in the living rooms at any time or at certain times, and when he was in the living rooms, the worker and GL agreed that he did not work for GL.
